Memorial Flower Garden Blooms in Mid-Summer!

Flowers are blooming like girls preparing for a summer dance.
Bees are pollinating like mad--and helping all the flowers bloom.
The Memorial Garden has many plants native to Arkansas.

Zinnia!

Asclepius Tuberosa--Butterfly Weed.

The garden is full of bees and butterflies this mid-summer. We invite church members and our neighbors to take a minute to enjoy their garden.  We also thank Allan Daniel, who has made a donation for a garden bench in memory of Carl and Marjorie Flo Daniel and Keith and Marjorie Hanna. Jennifer Hudspeth, the garden's principal planner and main worker bee, thinks she's found the perfect bench, and will pick it up on her next trip to Westwood Gardens.   In the mean time, Jennifer thanks Susan Krotz and Jimmy Baker for helping out and watering in the garden.
